PaceDebt ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our PaceDebt mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

Health & Fitness Data

PaceDebt reads step count and fitness data from Apple HealthKit to track your daily movement and calculate your step debt. This data is processed locally on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.

Purchase Information

When you subscribe to PaceDebt Pro, we use RevenueCat to process and manage your subscription. RevenueCat may collect device identifiers, purchase history, and app usage data to manage your subscription status.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Track your daily step count and calculate step debt
• Display your progress, streaks, and efficiency
• Manage your PaceDebt Pro subscription
• Send you local notifications about your step goals
• Display home screen widgets with your step data

3. Data Storage

All health and fitness data is stored locally on your device using iOS secure storage. We do not store your health data on any external servers. Step goals, debt calculations, and streak data are stored locally on your device using iOS UserDefaults.

4. Third-Party Services

RevenueCat

Apple HealthKit

PaceDebt integrates with Apple HealthKit to read your step count. HealthKit data is governed by Apple's privacy policy at: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information or health data with third parties except as described in this policy (RevenueCat for subscription management).

6. Your Rights

You can:

• Revoke HealthKit access at any time via iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Health
• Cancel your subscription at any time via iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
• Delete all local app data by uninstalling the app

7. Children's Privacy

PaceDebt is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the date at the top of this policy.
